No formal interview was performed. I was in college as a freshman and didn't have really much of an interview but they hired me on the spot. Paperwork took a very long time to process however, (2 months)

They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
