The interview process was very lengthy — a total of 8 hours in front of the team over multiple sessions. While I appreciated the opportunity to meet so many team members and get a feel for the company culture, the process felt excessive for the role, especially considering the final outcome. There was minimal feedback provided after the final round, which was disappointing given the significant time and energy invested on both sides. Transparency and respect for candidates' time would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
