The interview process was easy all interviewers were friendly they made you comfortable to be yourself heard and took the time to go over everything. The interview process was pretty fast for the most part.

I had my first interview with the company on a Wednesday, and it went very well. I was invited to a second interview for that same Friday, and initially accepted. However, due to unexpected travel issues, I realized I’d need to reschedule and emailed the recruiter early Thursday morning to inform them and request a new date.
I never received a reply to that email. Instead, I got a brief text thanking me for “canceling”—with no mention of rescheduling, despite my clear intent to continue the process. I followed up multiple times afterward, but received no response.
To make matters worse, I later saw the exact same position reposted online.
I understand that plans can change and not every candidate moves forward. But the lack of basic communication or courtesy—especially after a strong initial interview—is disappointing. A quick acknowledgment or update would’ve shown respect for my time and interest.
If this is how candidates are treated during the hiring process, it raises concerns about how internal communication might be handled within the company as well.

I applied in December 2024. Did the initial interview with HR, panel interview then interview with RPH. Offered the job with sign-on bonus. Process took 3 weeks plus drug screening and background check.
