Trendline conducts a top-down interview process, beginning with a phone interview with the company's co-founder, Andrew Kordek, followed by a phone interview with the QA Team Lead and Hiring Manager, and ending with an in-person interview. Throughout the process, you are asked to complete a short behavioral (personality) assessment, a formal job application, and a QA test (to give you a sense of the role's responsibilities).
