The recruiter interview focused on understanding my background, compensation expectations, motivations for the role, and overall alignment with the opportunity. The discussion with the hiring manager was more technical and strategic, covering an overview of the team and business challenges, followed by a deeper dive into my experience building and scaling ML systems, leading XFN initiatives, making architectural decisions, and driving business impact with ML. After 2 or 3 days I got an update via email that I didn't pass, unfortunately. Overall I understood why but got very excited about the Shippo and will look for future opportunities with them.
