      Colloquio

      The recruiter was an excellent ambassador for the company, providing clear insights into its current lifecycle stage and the unique challenges they are facing. The process consisted of 4 to 5 rounds, featuring a well-rounded interview panel that included members of the immediate team, the hiring manager, and cross-functional business stakeholders. The team being technical, some interviews consisted in coding, some more around architecture / design of the solution. Interviewer was not peaky about small syntax errors that any coder would catch during execution / solved fast, but about the understanding of data models, and the algorithm to make it work, and catch edge cases. It requires a good understanding of bases, capability to adapt to understand the (complicated) business. A couple of rescheduling happen : it is a startup, working on several timezones, with engineers being true owners of their work. A couple of interview rescheduling happen, which might have been due to period of overwhelming, as the company is growing, shifting priorities fast.
