Applied in July and got a call for an interview 2 weeks later. I never got a call back after my interview, so I am assuming I didn't get the job.

The process itself was pretty easy and simple. Just answer their questions about communication and retail. Also about how you're a positive person. The interview wasn't in the store though which was a bit strange.
