A 10 minute phone call with the store manager who no longer works there. At the time the store hadn't opened yet. I mostly asked the questions and the man on the phone hired me on the spot.

I got a text to set up a time for a phone interview with the store manager at the time. Literally talked for 10 minutes and the manager said I had the job. Met up at the store and was told what paperwork to fill out and started the next day.

The manager was very nice! The interview process was only roughly 20 minutes but we hit it off! We talked about the job and how simple it is and where we can build. :)
