I applied for a PM role, was contacted and asked if I was interested in another role. Later I was told that was filled but that there was another role they'd book an interview with me for. A week later they said that one had been filled internally. Sometime between the first and last contact I had a 30 minute phone interview. The process was a bit of a mess but that has to be expected with a company at this point. I did receive 5-10 e-mails during this and they were very friendly. I got to learn a bit about the company through the process.
