HR reaches out for interview schedules and you get around 2-3 interviews. The interviewers are either leads or managers of the teams and they really focus on your understanding of the role. They also ask situational questions for easy scenarios and scenarios where you have to think beyond the box.

Got an interview with HR, Same department (unknown position), and a hiring manager.
Quite pleasant. They were very transparent with the process and the job description. This also gave me an insight of what type of people they hire, which from my perspective are very knowledgeable and responsible individuals. This made me strive more to make sure I gave my best impression so i could land the job and work with more people like this.
The interview was a three-stage process. These levels test one's personality, which consists of personal and situational questions. The flow would depend on one's interviewer. All the interviewee needs to do is know the position he/she is applying for and be confident in his/her skills and credentials.
