Applied through a fellow college alumnus who forwarded my application to the relevant hiring manager. Went through a skills assessment and 3 interviews. Skills assessment was a simple English comprehension test and basic Excel knowledge test. First interview was with a recruiter who asked questions regarding my work history. Second interview was with the hiring manager. This interview had a Manadarin skills assessment as the role I applied for was a Manadarin speaking one. Last interview was with a senior associate. First interview was through a phone call while the other 2 were through Skype. Process was quick; got the skills assessment 3 days after sending my application, with the first interview happening 5 days later. Second interview took place 3 days later with the last interview happening 5 days after. Job offer came 2 days after the last interview. Interviewers were punctual and professional and they made me feel at ease during the interviews.
