Had 4 rounds of interviews, and 1 Excel test: HR phone call > online Excel exam > Interview with the local line manager > Interview with regional manager > Final interview with regional head.
The regional managers gave me business case scenarios and asked advertising and sales type questions afterward.
HR was very accommodating and will update you almost immediately after each step.

It was efficient and productive only lasting 1 week. Interview questions were challenging and interesting. Both hiring manager and Depaertnent being able to test your business accumen with these situational questions is really nice
