First round of interviews is a remote interview via Google Hangout where you are paired up with a recruiter to talk about your life story - getting to know you, your personality, and how you got into the field you are pursuing now.

Very general questions about who you are and how you got to where you are now. The whole interview is very conversational. It will more than likely literally start with "Tell me about yourself"
After CV screening, its OA with a CCAT test that is 40 questions 20 minutes and a coderpad with 3 questions solved with C++, preferred language and ruby. Medium level LeetCode problems
Three rounds, first a interview with a team member, then a technical interview with an engineer, and finally the life story interview with a recruiter. However, there was a lengthy application process before being offered an interview.

Had a few calls to meet people, was fairly smooth. Met several key people from the company during the process. They wanted to get a feel of my technical skills but also communication skills.
