The interview process took about a month from start to finish. My first interview was a very confortable conversation about one of my previous jobs. Be confident about your experience and be really descriptive. The second interview was a simulation of the role consisting of having two simultaneous chats and then writing an email to a customer. Just do your research and you’ll be fine. I advice to take feedback from the interviewer then talk about improvements.

Lengthy but well explained and scheduled interview process comprising of writing example emails, taking live chats and addressing a call. They give you the tools needed to prepare but it is stressful.
