Very supportive hiring team but long. Didn't end up getting the role but the whole team and recruiters were very kind! I thought the interview questions were fair and focused on examples/culture fit.

I had a long and drawn our interview where the interview lasted several weeks. After finally reaching a point where I was turned down for the position I received a simple, "thank you for applying, but we will not be moving forward with your candidacy." They nitpick in the interview and so if you don't come in pristine, then you won't get the job. It's not about what you can do, it's about how you show up at the interview.

I was contacted directly by the hiring manager within a week of applying requesting an interview. Interview times were in 30 minutes intervals, which is a bit short for a technical interview directly with the hiring manager. Interview invite came back as an in person meetup with no address which forces you to reach out to the HM to find out the call is virtual. During the actual interview the HM starts out asking if you have any questions, which is odd because that usually comes at the end. Then rushes you through questions to rush to the next interview slot. Got a rejection five days later. Overall, while I appreciated the speed at which I got responses, I felt the overall hiring process and interview style was a bit disorganized and doesn't set candidates up for success.
