Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ShoreTel (Austin, TX) nel mese di lug 2011
Colloquio
First they did a phone interview. Normal C and C++. Not much depth.
They flew me to Austin.
First round, manager its like a informal talk.
Second round, they gave a problem, and ask me to design a OO solution, I did.
Third round strange, that person was completely listening to what I say.
Fourth round, he asked a C++ project from your resume and demonstrate.
Here in 4th round made a mistake, taking half C half c++ project. So lost it even though I performed well in first 3.

I have gone through Calsoft.I interviewed at ShoreTel (Bangalore) location
Two person come for taking interview, one person has the question list in his laptop and during interview they was asking from that list and they ware not knowing all the answer.
After completion of interview they asked any question from me then i asked the same question which they asked from me to write sql query. I surprised they could not able to answer the same..
