I gave interview for Ruby on Rails Developer Role. The first round was technical round where they have given two programming questions (first was to find the most occurred number in an array and second was related to string) and one SQL query. Technical Interview Round: As a fresher I was not having any knowledge about the language Ruby, so they asked me Object Oriented Concepts, Database Transactions, some concepts of Java (as I mentioned it in my resume) and, SQL queries. HR Round: The HR asked me general questions about family background and studies.
