It was a Virtual interview but was still personal, I enjoyed the interviewers and they were very interested in my answers. I felt comfortable speaking with them and would have enjoyed working there.

Came in for an interview and was seen by two individuals. Shortly after, they requested that I meet the owner, Mr. Spence. I was hired on that day and began work the next day, although they offered time if I needed it. They told me all of the information I needed to know about my expectations and let me ensure them I could do just that. They did not do any reference checks or background checks until after I was working there, which is odd.
