Very formal, but not rigorous. Phone interview was good, recruiter was not technically savvy, so having the ability to explain previous experience at a non-engineer level was an advantage. Interview was with 4 other engineers and two managers. Second round was with CTO and VP (1:1 interviews).

2 manager ask me about the process where I am familiar
1 engineer invite me to eat together and just talk
