First interview with Head of HR and if pass, a second interview with Head of Retail.
After going through both interviews (first begining of week and 2nd one towards the end of same week), was told would be contacted begining of following week, but they never contacted me back, not even a generic message to say I didn't get the job.

First one was a regular HR interview, talking about skills and experience, the 2nd one was a situation based interview where you were given examples of real HR issues they encounter with staff in the shops for you to explain how you would respond to them directly or as Shop Manager's advisor depending on the case presented.
