I went through all the interview stages and, after the final interview with the executives, I was told that the recruiter would get back to me within a week with a final decision. However, the recruiter never contacted me - neither within that timeframe nor after I sent a follow-up email.
There was absolutely no communication or feedback from the company until two months later, when I received a generic automated rejection message.
It’s quite astonishing that a company of this size considers it acceptable to ghost candidates after they have invested significant time in the interview process and reached the final step. This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
