It was a very hard assessment centre as they tested on skills like fault finding, mechanical reasoning and spatial reasoning. during face to face interview they asked all the basics that was studied in degree and showed a technical drawing and asked to find the parts they asked for. It was a two day interview for some with skill tests on one day and 1:1 interview on other.
