Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 2 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Siemens (Tucson, AZ) nel mese di mar 2017
Colloquio
Met the company at a University career fair and after speaking for a while was invited to an interview the next morning. Interview was fairly normal with behavioral questions and then a few technical questions. Three interviewers. The role wasn't in my field so i didn't know some things but it seemed reasonably simple if you were in the field.

Name a time you had to make a decision that impacted a group?

Colloquio
Lengthy process, Almost 3 months from Application to Final round with 1 Pre-Recorded Interview (Screener) and 2 Virtual Interviews (First Standard, Second Technical/Situational). You should have a general understanding of Project Management and some Finance to get through the interviews.
They mainly recruit through local schools in job fairs and actually encourage contacting current program participants on Linkedin for coffee chats. It's obvious the people there really love their job.
Really nice people. I may not have gotten the job, but I definitely learned from the experience.

Prerecord: General Screener/Light Standard Interview Question -
- Knowledge of the company, Motivation for applying, and a quick STAR Q related to the position. Video lets you pause for as long as you need to think about your responses.
First Interview:
- General behavioral/star + 3 Technical PM info.
Final:
- All Technical. They're not gauging you necessarily on what you know about Project Development/Management, but what you would do in a situation. Keep in mind, asking people for help/relying on others is kind of the basis of the company culture and they want to see that in your answers.
