Started out with a phone call with the hiring manager. The second and third interviews were with teams that the hiring manager both gives directions to and take company direction from to experience all internal interactions.

Easy questions for fresh graguates, people are nice. They have 3 rounds of interview, but I only got 2, they gave me offer quickly after 2 interview. No English test was out of expection, onboard process is smooth

These interviews will again typically consist of PEI and case interviews. The cases might be more complex, and you might also get group case exercises or presentations. Group Exercises or Presentations: Some firms include a group exercise to see how candidates work in teams. You might be given a business problem to solve as a group or be asked to prepare a presentation. Partner Interview: In some firms, especially the larger ones, the final round might include an interview with a partner. This can be a mix of PEI, case, and more informal discussions to gauge fit with the firm's culture. Offer: If you successfully navigate all the rounds, you'll receive a job offer. This will detail your role, salary, benefits, and other terms of employment. Feedback: Some firms provide feedback after the interview process, whether you receive an offer or not. This can be invaluable for understanding areas of improvement.
