Spoke with recruiter at a career fair at my university. I received a next-day interview and was interviewed by the recruiter and another individual. I was not declined by email, but had to check the online career portal.

I was invited to interview from an on-campus recruiting event. When brought in, I spoke to two graduates from my school. I received a follow-up email and interview shortly after.

Colloquio
I met with the recruiter at the career fair and we talked for 5 minutes, then we scheduled an interview with him and he asked technical behavior and situational questions. Then we scheduled a call with my first rotational manager and he asked me about myself and my interest in the company. Do your research ahead of time about the company and the specific role.
At the end of my summer internship, all of the interns had an opportunity to interview for a full-time role. Two day total. Day 1 - Four 30 minute interview with hiring manager for each division. No technical questions. Basic behavioral questions. Day 2 - Group case study to determine how well you work with others.
