There are employee referral benefits, so some employees will help refer someone with similar experience they may know from previous experiences. Through the job fair, you will be lined up with interviews based on your preferences and what they have available. I was lucky enough to have three interviews within the company at my job fair through Orion. The first interview process was generally to touch up on some of your current level of knowledge and get a feel for who you are and what you could bring to the table. After the first interview you should expect to be notified shortly whether you did well or not, and if they liked your interview you should expect a second one at their office within that week or soon thereafter.
