A Recruitment process company shortlisted my resume., For .Net architect role at Bangalore location. After 10 days, Resume screened and 1st Technical round. +3 Days 2nd Technical Round. Then they came up with a Partner Round and explained what they are doing , planning and about my fitment to the position. Even that guy wanted to know how soon can I join, by the end. But after that, No communication. I simply wasted 4+ hours , with a null return. After waiting for 3 weeks , I withdraw my application. As they were procrastinating the process.
