Initial inquiry based on personal network. Similar industry but less mature organization. Met with principal and vp of business development. Although a great opportunity on paper and through discussions, organization lacked adequate funding. Advice: make sure to do financial due diligence; understand start-up barriers to entry such as prime competitors, key executives' industry experience.

what's your biggest challenge during your last job
was very difficult to answer questions not related to the field and very stereotipical ones about some failures, future vision and soft and hard skills, education, expectations etc. I think there should be more practical questions
