I interviewed for Siemens India through campus recruitment at my college. The process took 2 days. On the first day , there were 2 rounds , both online. The first round consisted of mostly basic C++ questions , with 2-3 questions from data structures/algorithms. This was an easy one , most people got through this round. The second round consisted of Quantitative Aptitude , Verbal Reasoning , and Logical Reasoning. There were 12 questions in each section , the verbal reasoning was pretty easy , and the logical reasoning was basically an IQ test (completing the symbols pattern). The Quantitative part was tough , it had questions basically on data interpretation. Luckily , I made it to the next round. About 45 people out of 160 made it. The next rounds were on the second day , and there was a technical interview and an HR interview. Most people got extremely straightforward questions in the technical round (on DS , projects from resume). My interview went OK , I got questions from operating systems and systems programming. I didn't make it to the HR interview. 18 out of 45 passed the technical interview , and eventually , 12 people got the job offer.
