Das Vorstellungsgespräch begann mit einer Begrüßung. Die Teilnehmer präsentierten ihre aktuellen Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben. Es folgen Fragen zu Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten. Abschließend wurden auf beiden Seiten die Erwartungen und offene Fragen besprochen.
