It involved a group exercise involving the building of a stable bridge using limited material. Afterward was an interview with two employees, followed by a tour around the building.

It was a group discussion that began with a self-introduction. Then they asked how much you know about their graduate training program. There was one HR representative and two department heads present. The session then moved on to a group discussion with two questions, lasting two hours.
