Interview appontment was made after recruiter received resume about 1 week. The recruiter will transfer the resume to the hiring manager if he or she thinks it fits to the job description. Then in-person interview came up.
I had a very positive experience during my interview with the Siemens electrical engineering team. The conversation was professional, well-structured, and welcoming. The interviewers were knowledgeable and gave me a clear understanding of the role and expectations. Overall, it was a very well-organized and pleasant experience.
