The interview was scheduled on weekend and was a scheduled one. The process was smooth and they were taking care of people who came for interview very well. The interview conducted in 3 phase - 1. Written Test (85 questions = 20 Analytical ability+65 Technical questions on OOPs, C#, COM+, WebServices) 2. IF you have cleared the written test there was next round- Technical Round (interviewer was having Windows dev background and was asking some irrelevant questions from the Web, i.e. MVC), which i didnt feel if it can judge someone's ability. Anyway I have tried to give all the answers but since the position was for Windows development there was no further interview after this round 3. HR round- If one has cleared the Technical interview round they were getting invited for HR round on the same day.
