I received a phone interview after 3 monthes of application and then got an onsite interview in a week. The onsite interview was one by one interviews with team members and a lunch. The manager explained the company structure and their team and then I used slides I prepared to show my experience.

The phone interview was based on my resume and my research project. As for the onsite interview, they showed me what their daily work and asked me if I have similar experience in the transient muti-physics problem.
