Vorstellung, Fragerunde, übliches Geplänkel. Es wurde aber versucht auf persönlicher Ebene an den Kandidaten heranzukommen. Diverse Gegenüber aus verschiedenen Abteilungen, die Einicke gewährten und teils Aufgabenspezifische Fragen stellten, jedoch auch vage Antworten akzeptierten. Vllt. war auch dies ein Ausschlusskriterium am Ende.
