They expect a knowledge of 12 years in a person who is having 4 year of experience. Before taking the interview first they should read the resume of candidates. I was selected in 2 rounds and in 3rd round they rejected me saying like i don't have enough skill set, if i don't have enough skills then how i cleared 2 rounds with them. Basically they were expecting a candidate who will do every in and out of project work, who is having 4 years of experience.
