I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent interview experience, as I found the process to be somewhat unusual. After investing some hours into preparing the requested project, I felt the interviewers were not fully engaged during our conversation. It gave the impression that the outcome was already predetermined and the interview was merely a formality. Ultimately, I accept that this may not have been the right cultural fit or timing. Everything happens for a reason, and truth be told, the low energy of the interview left me feeling quite unenthusiastic about the prospect of joining the team.
