Das Vorstellungsgespräch begann mit einer kurzen Vorstellungsrunde, in der sich sowohl die Gesprächspartner als auch ich selbst vorgestellt haben. Anschließend wurden mir Fragen zu meinem beruflichen Werdegang, meinen Qualifikationen und meiner Motivation für die Position gestellt. Danach wurden die Aufgaben und Erwartungen an die Stelle detailliert erläutert. Im letzten Teil hatte ich die Möglichkeit, eigene Fragen zu stellen, bevor wir das weitere Vorgehen und den zeitlichen Ablauf des Auswahlprozesses besprochen haben.

Very quick and easy, the interviewers were lovely and gave me lots of room to fit in questions along the way, and were very, very welcoming. the location is also a plus! very excited
