Screen, technical assessment, meeting with someone from the leadership, then four more interviews with people from the team. Super easy process; however, the team couldn't get their schedules in alignment or couldn't get the department priorities in order to really move forward with candidates. Overall, it seems like a chaotic company to work for based on the interview process.
