Sent my resume into HR. They contacted me via email and asked me a few more questions. I got an invitation for an onsite interview which was scheduled the following week. I came onsite, met with 4 individuals in a span of about 3 - 4 hours (CTO, client-side Engineer, QA Director, and designer). The interview questions were relatively straightforward and they didn't play any games. Afterwards, I was offered to play a game of ping pong. It was quite a pleasant experience.
