The company doesn’t have an HR department, so the only point of contact is the hiring manager who posted the position. Their response time is incredibly slow— even when a deadline is set, you have to send multiple follow-up emails just to get a reply. They were also 15 minutes late for the interview. Even if you make it to the final round, once you don’t receive an offer, they provide no interview feedback and simply disappear.

It was very relaxed and it felt like a conversation. Interviewer was really nice and seemed to be genuinely interested. Since it is a startup it seemed quite flexible. I didn't hear back until a month later though.
