I did a phone interview it went well and had an in-person interview, the interviewer was personable and nice. The interview was conversational and he just went through my resume with me.

They just mostly asked background questions and they wanted to see if you would be a great fit for the job.

Colloquio
Interview was done in 2 stages. Applied through LinkedIn. First stage was a skype interview for about an hour, second stage was a phone interview for about 20 minutes. The process wasn't very tough.
