I interviewed with the hiring manager and was invited to speak with a team member. We actually meet twice, and after the second call was told that I would be invited for a second call with the hiring manager. After a day without hearing back I reached out to the recruiter. Next thing I received was a rejection email. I asked for feedback but my email was ignored. If something changes at least have the decency to let candidates know, especially if they were told that they were moving forward. There’s really no need to treat people this way. Really misleading, disrespectful and frustrating.
