The interview process was fine until it was time to make a decision. They used a third party recruiting firm who completely dropped the ball on communication. A simple “We have moved forward with someone else”…would have been great. Some advice to Sigma. Please use your own recruiters or use a different third party recruiter.

Standard management questions…process, how do you coach, etc.
Thank you for taking the time to interview with us and for writing this feedback. We do want to put our best foot forward with all candidate communication and stress the same with our external hiring partners as well. Sorry your experience was less than optimal. We will take steps to remedy this.
