The interview process started smoothly. I applied for the BDR role in early September and progressed quickly through each stage, meeting the team and having really positive conversations. After the final interview, I received a verbal offer and was told the written contract would follow within a few days. After that, the process became unclear & disorganised. There was no internal recruiter involved, so all communication came through the hiring manager, who tried to keep me updated but didn’t have concrete information to share. I was told the offer approval relied on a single individual internally, who was difficult to reach, which meant no one could provide a timeline for when I could expect a contract. I was reassured several times that I was backfilling a confirmed role, but despite this, weeks passed with no progress or clarity. Overall, the interviews themselves were positive, but the post-offer stage lacked transparency, structure, and reliable communication. I waited over a month and never received a written contract. I’m sharing this so future candidates have clearer expectations about the post-offer process.

Interview process was very straight forward, they ask you the basic questions like "tell me about yourslef" and "Why Sales" If you are preparing to interview with Sigma Computing just be prepared for the basics. One downside of the process was the communication from the team, it was very difficult to communicate with the hiring manager.
