Very positive - they took a lot of time to provide the applicants with a lot of resources to prepare for each stage and assess the actual ability of the applicant to learn and develop a career in coding.

Colloquio
Stage one is some online games that test your learning/memory abilities.
Stage two is an online assessment that asks bizarre questions such as where their team members worked in the past.
Stage three is then an online interview over zoom.
The final stage is then a Python assessment.
All of this work just to have the opportunity to do 3-4 months of unpaid work... Would not recommend.

I had passed 2/3 interview stages and also accepted to attend the final stage of the process. After scheduling the interview and receiving an email which confirmed I have proceeded to the final stage, I received an email stating that I had failed the interview as I provided an answer which was over a certain word limit. I went back and thoroughly looked at all of the previous questions asked, yet there was no mention of a word count. I emailed them to see if I could get an answer as to why I had failed and never heard anything back.
