Really smooth and straightforward- the hiring team was super transparent and moved things along really quickly so the whole process took a week. You get a chance to meet people from the team as well as some of the more senior people. I turned down the offer due to personal reasons but I would be keen to come back and work for Signal AI based on what i saw.
