Was reached out relatively quickly after applying. I had an interview their talent acquisition manager and a different associate and it went really well. Then a week later they told me they didn’t get the business so they couldn’t continue on interviews for the role. Not the smartest business practice having an open role when you don’t have the piece business yet.

I had an initial phone screening then was offered an interview with an account supervisor and director. That went well and I was offered another interview to meet more potential team members. I also thought this went well and the recruiter said to reach out with any questions and that I would hear from her soon. I followed up and received nothing. I’m extremely disappointed how communication went from beyond expectations to nothing just like that.
