The entire activity consisted of 2 interviews that drilled into my experience, management style, mindset and goals. After the interview, the recruiter provided extensive feedback on the criteria they used for the selection and the strong points that I presented - something that for me had a very positive impact as very few companies take the time to do that in these early stages. The recruiter was very professional and had a great and welcoming attitude. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
