The interview process was very straightforward. After submitting my application, I was contacted by the art director who was very candid about the nature of the work and what they were looking for in the position. Essentially, there are 3 fundamental qualities the company looks for in their artists - knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, decent artistic/compositional skills, and speed. (Note - any deficiencies in these can be overlooked and trained as long as you show a good professional mindset and personality.) There was a test administered to assess all three aspects, after which I had a final discussion with the art director about the position.
